Lisa, Office Manager
Meet Lisa, our office manager who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our practice.
Lisa’s journey in the dental industry began in 2004 in Phoenix, AZ. After entering the dental field, she realized that it was the perfect avenue for her career aspirations. “Being a part of changing someone's life through simply giving them a smile is gratifying. I’m lucky to be a part of creating smiles every day!”
Lisa’s warm and approachable demeanor creates a welcoming environment. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure they receive the best treatment and a consistently positive experience at each visit.
Away from work, Lisa was married in 2014 and has two grown children and two grandchildren who are dear to her heart. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her three dogs, Bella, Willy, and Jayla, fitness, cooking, and riding her Harley motorcycle. Lisa is excited to have a career that she loves and is grateful to be working with such an amazing practice at Brentwood Dental Excellence.
Justeen, Lead Treatment Coordinator
Originally from Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida, Justeen brings a sunny perspective to our team. She moved to Tennessee at the age of eight and has proudly called the Volunteer State home ever since.
In her role as our Lead Treatment Coordinator, Justeen serves as the vital link between clinical recommendations and patient peace of mind. She understands that dental work can sometimes be overwhelming, so she dedicates herself to being a compassionate advocate for every individual. Justeen’s goal is to ensure that your path to a healthy smile is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
As a Mom of four, she brings empathy, patience, and strong multitasking skills to her role every day!
Rayanna, Hygiene Coordinator
Meet Ray, the first smile you see when you enter our office. She brings a welcoming energy and a helpful spirit to everyone who walks through our doors.
A Michigan native who relocated to Tennessee three years ago, Ray perfectly balances professional efficiency with a friendly, small-town charm. Ray’s welcoming personality makes her an essential part of our daily operations.
Outside of work, Ray is all about the “cozy life.” She enjoys spending her free time with family and her two cats, usually with a crochet hook in hand or a book nearby.
Summer, RDH
Summer was born in a small town in Georgia. On her 1st birthday, her family moved to Brentwood, TN, where they have lived ever since. She is as close to a Nashville native as you can get. Summer attended Chattanooga State Community College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has also received her certification to administer local anesthesia. Summer joined our hygiene team in 2018 and is glad to be back in her hometown.
“I wanted to become a hygienist to be able to create confidence in people through their smiles while providing them with the highest quality of care. I value creating relationships with my patients and making their visit as enjoyable as possible.”
When not in the office, Summer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on adventures with her dog Nash, going on trips to the beach, and attending sporting events.
Ahilyn, RDH
Ahilyn was born in Honduras and moved to the United States at the age of 15. Since then, she has lived in Nashville, TN.
Ahilyn attended South College in Nashville to get her dental hygiene education. She has received an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene with a certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She is currently working on her Bachelor's degree.
"When I think about dental hygiene, I think of something that was not planned but meant to be. Throughout my school journey, I fell in love with the profession and being part of positive changes in patients' oral health. I am thankful to be part of the Brentwood Dental Excellence team and excited to meet you all and work together to maintain good oral health."
When Ahilyn is not working, she likes to spend time with her family and loves weekend carne asada. She loves watching action movies with her younger brother, going to the lake, and taking long walks. She can also spend hours in bed watching Korean, Thai, and Chinese dramas.
Ashley, RDH
Ashley is a Nashville native. She received her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. Shortly after completion of the degree, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to become a licensed esthetician. She has worked in the skincare industry for eight years. With a passion for health and serving others, Ashley continued her education and received an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from South College.
“I look forward to building new relationships and providing quality care with compassion.”
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, bike riding, hiking, and singing karaoke.
Blanca, EFDA
Blanca joined our practice in 2018 while earning her degree from Brightwood College. She has lived in Nashville since 2003. Being born in Mexico, Blanca is fluent in Spanish, which, along with her caring personality, provides another level of service to our patients when needed. “Being able to help give confidence to patients through their smiles is why I chose to become a dental assistant.”
When Blanca is not at work, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Sugar and Balin, volleyball, arts and crafts, and vacationing with her family. She is family-oriented, and her faith and religion are important to her!

Izzey, RDA
Meet Izzey, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and proud to call Tennessee home since 2024. Her passion for helping people and creating positive, meaningful experiences is at the heart of everything she does. Inspired by her grandparents, who owned their own dental practice, Izzey was drawn to a career in dentistry at an early age. Their influence continues to shape her commitment to patient care and personal connection.
With seven years of experience in the dental field, Izzey has developed a strong ability to understand and respond to each patient’s unique needs. She takes pride in being dependable, hardworking, and easy to work with, always striving to make a lasting, positive impact.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her at the gym or exploring new coffee shops in search of her next favorite spot.
Bruna, RDA
Bruna is a native Brazilian who completed her dental degree there and moved to the U.S. in 2017. She has continued pursuing her passion for dentistry after relocating. Being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish allows Bruna to connect and communicate with more patients, making their dental care more comfortable and welcoming.
She loves reading, spending time with her husband, and playing with her Goldendoodle, Jack.
Bruna believes we can make the world a better place, one smile at a time!
Paige, RDA
Paige is a passionate and detail-oriented dental assistant who truly enjoys making a difference in patients' lives. She was born and raised in a small town in Kentucky, where she learned the value of kindness, connection, and taking pride in helping others. In December 2025, Paige relocated to Franklin, Tennessee, to pursue new opportunities and continue growing both personally and professionally.
Since starting her career as a dental assistant in 2022, she has developed a deep appreciation for the impact a confident smile can have. Paige strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
Whether she’s assisting chairside or simply offering reassurance, her goal is always to help each patient feel valued and leave with a positive experience. She is excited to keep expanding her skills in the dental field while continuing to build meaningful relationships and support patients on their journey to a healthy, confident smile.
When Paige isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active. She loves being out on the lake, going for hikes, cooking, and working out, and values making the most of her time outside of work.
